5 tips to style cropped hair
The super stunning actresses: Sami Gayle, Kaley Cuoco Sweeting, Scarlett Johansson and Edie Sedgwick have one thing in common – their crop hairstyle. The sassy trend is back with a bang and demands great style when sported.
The cropped hairstyle offers some simple style tricks and saves a whole lot of time. It’s perfect for expectant mothers like Scarlet Johansson, or those who like to keep it short and fuss-free, reports femalefisrt.co.uk.
The styling can change your look from going simple and sleek to beachy bed head. It’s a breakthrough from the regular hairstyles and is an accessory by itself.
Here is how you can style the crop:
Ben Moth of Easton Regal Boutique says that ‘texture is the key’ and added: ‘Shorter styles can switch up their style with interchanging textures.
‘Prep hair with sea salt spray for the perfect matte-dishevelled feel or switch to a spray-gel for a sleek, streamlined edge,’ said Moth.
Comb your hair into a side parting for a neat look at work in case of a very short crop. If you have longer bangs, pin them up to the sides tightly. Or back-comb the bangs, create a slight puff and pin it.
You could wear a retro headband or hairband to spunk it up.
Try clipping an oversized flower or hair accessory on either sides for a playful look.
