    In that case, Nicklas Bendtner and Josuha Guilavogui, who was sent off the in 1-1 draw, will have to settle for a starting spot on the bench.

    Everton kick off their Europa League campaign with a tough welcome of Wolfsburg. Manager Roberto Martinez must adjust to the rigours that come with playing in the Europa League quickly, else the Toffees' league form could suffer as a result.
    Wolfsburg narrowly missed out on a Champions League berth last season, but have failed to match expectations so far this season, starting the domestic campaign slowly. Dieter Hecking knows a positive result at Goodison Park could provide the team the impetus to really kick on.
    Nevertheless, Everton, on home turf, should have enough about them to secure a winning start in Group H.
